Internal Number: 169799 The Associate Vice President of Student Affairs, Student Engagement (AVPSE) reports directly to the Vice President of Student Affairs. The AVPSE provide University-wide leadership and oversight for the Office of Student Experience in Hunt Union, Student Life and Leadership, Outdoor Recreations, Fitness Centers, Intramural and Club Sports, and the Center for Social Responsibility to provide wraparound student support. The AVPSE will collaborate with other University departments to promote students' active engagement in university life, to enrich their learning experiences both within and beyond the classroom, and to establish comprehensive services that will help students preserve and successfully graduate. The AVPSE will provide vision and strategic planning that supports the work of campus and that fulfills the University's mission and strategic objective of a "nurturing environment where students grow intellectually, thrive socially and live purposefully."
