What we need:

• Bachelor's degree (ideally in international relations/studies or another internationally related field) with at least three years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sophisticated judgment, decision-making, reasoning, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with sensitivity to cultural differences, to establish trust, and to interact diplomatically.
• Ability to motivate, guide, and coordinate the work of others.

In addition to the above, we would prefer:

• Graduate degree in international relations/studies, global history, government, economics, or another field with an international or transnational focus.
• Five years of experience in student services and/or international higher education field.
• Experience living or studying abroad.
