The School of Art at MVCC invites applications for part-time Adjunct Instructors to teach daytime and evening teaching assignments on the Utica Campus. Teaching faculty at MVCC have the primary responsibility of fulfilling the College's mission of providing high-quality educational opportunities to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Adjunct faculty members teach contracted classes in accordance with established policies and guidelines. Specific assignments will be made according to the academic qualifications and availability of the individual and the School needs. Online classes are not available. Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Art or Fine Arts, Illustration, Graphic Design, Photography, Video, or Theater

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior college teaching experience, knowledge of student learning outcomes, and familiarity with instructional technology and/or online teaching
