Lead Project Manager
Job Description: The Lead Project Manager oversees all projects, assessing and allocating resources, preparing schedules, and assuring deadlines are met for course and program development. The Lead Project Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and is a part of the CODL Leadership team. Adhering to high standards, the Lead Project Manager is responsible to guide resources, track project progress, identify schedules and project issues and resolutions, implement project management tools, and training staff, as necessary. In addition, the Lead Project Manager keeps stakeholders apprised of the progress of course and program development as well as all other projects.
