Job Summary: The Administrative Specialist will serve as the office and administrative support person who will manage other operational duties in the Office of Student Affairs (College of Pharmacy). AA/EOEMinimum Qualifications: Associate degree required.2-3 years of administrative experience is required. Ability to type 50-60 WPM with accuracy.Event planning experience a plusAbility to work efficiently with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.Occasionally work outside 9-5 work schedule (early, late and or weekends)Ability to exercise tact and discretion in relationships with students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
