Office Coordinator, Student Activities
As a full-time administrative staff member within the Division of Student Life, the Office Coordinator provides a broad range of administrative support to the Student Engagement and Student Activities team, and the programs and services throughout the Student Activities Office. Specific responsibilities include administrative support for departmental events including traditions, orientation, student organization events, and more. The office coordinator also supports budget administration for the department and student organizations, general office operations and building management support, answering office phone calls, scheduling meetings for professional staff, and fielding inquiries from visitors to the office.
