Direct supervision of 4 Area Coordinators in a system with 44 Resident Advisors and 7 undergraduate Elevated Staff. Works closely with the Dean of Students to provide departmental leadership and administration of housing/residence life for campus population of 1,600. Full-time, option to live-in or live-on as a member of the Residence Life staff with responsibilities, including: housing coordination, student conduct/adjudication, software management (Advocate, THD/StarRez, Colleague, etc.) behavior intervention team and risk management, staff selection, training & supervision, alcohol & drug education, community and program development. Directly supervise four professional staff and one administrative assistant for Student Affairs. Assist with supervision of student staff. Serve as a secondary crisis and emergency on-call administrative staff member for the campus. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or six years of experience as Director or related area required. Master's degree and three years of full-time residence life experience preferred. Position open until filled.
