Staff Assistant/Database and Website Coordinator
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, event planning, and scheduling meetings. Maintain department website and manage main databases, Handshake and PeopleGrove. Maintain and monitor department budget, using Oracle, and serve as a liaison to vendors. Administer Susan Hirsch Schwartz Fund, funding for career-related expenses for students with financial need. May also train and supervise student employees. Primary Job Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day office operations including managing the front desk reception area
