The Office Coordinator III position provides support to the University Senate and the Office of the Registrar with dual reporting to the Senate Affairs Specialist and the Sr. Associate Registrar.
The Office Coordinator III supports the Senate Affairs Specialist with curriculum related processing and business using various electronic systems (Curriculog, Acalog), as well as the day-to-day administrative support of Senate business to include:
Maintenance of Senate and committee records, coordination of meetings and meeting materials, maintenance of Senate and committee webpages and listservs, compiling monthly and annual Senate-related reports, assist in the research and resolution of Senate and curriculum inquiries from administrators, faculty, staff, and students.
Administrative support to the Office of the Registrar includes the creation and updating of new and revised courses in PeopleSoft; program and general catalog updates in the University Online Course catalog system (Acalog), creation of curriculum reports for various users.
The Office Coordinator III will also provide website content management, class scheduling, registration support and coverage as needed for the student services team.
