This position will report directly to the Registrar at the PCOM campus in Philadelphia, but the position will be located in Suwanee, GA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Represents Registrar at various committees for PCOM Georgia and PCOM South Georgia.
Responsible for course scheduling and events for PCOM Georgia and PCOM South Georgia.
Responsible for Leave of Absence and Withdrawals for all campuses.
Responsible for NSLDS and Clearinghouse processes.
Responsible for International Students for PCOM Georgia and PCOM South Georgia.
Develop improved communications for department across all three campuses.
Assist students with various requests such as transcripts and verifications.
Assist with graduation process for PCOM Georgia and PCOM South Georgia
Other duties as assigned
*Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Five (5) years work experience in a Registrar's office or related student services unit.
Experience in managing preferred.
Strong communications skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Detail-oriented and strong organization skills
Experience working with student information systems. Banner experience strongly preferred.
Experience working with Microsoft Office products.
