The Associate Director of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs is responsible for advising the Interfraternity Council, individual Chapter leaders and overseeing fraternity recruitment and orientation activities. The Associate Director will oversee the development and facilitation of ongoing risk management education and participate in planning and implementing programming for members of fraternities and sororities. The Associate Director will collaborate with other office staff in the development of an advisor training program. This position will develop and maintain relationships and communications with a variety of constituents including local and national advisors. The Associate Director will be a part of the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs, will supervise two full-time Program Coordinators, and serve in an on-call crisis management rotation.
