The Department of Human Development and Family Science at Syracuse University invites applications for a full time, non-tenure track position at the rank of assistant teaching professor beginning August 2019. The initial appointment may be for up to three years, and is renewable dependent on program need and instructor performance. A candidate in this position should be able to teach courses at the graduate and undergraduate level in areas such as family processes, human sexuality, and family life education. The position also includes administrative tasks associated with curriculum development, student advising and internship supervision. As with all faculty positions, there is an expectation to engage in service in the college, university, profession or community.
