Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (Some assignments may require after hours or weekend scheduling).

Under minimal supervision of the Registrar, the incumbent will perform a full range of complex work assignments involving the use of judgment and discretion. The incumbent will be responsible for:
Develop and oversee course and major articulation agreements between CSUSB and the California Community Colleges, the CSU campuses, and the UC campuses.
Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of accurate, up-to-date articulation records in ASSIST, uAchieve, TES, PeopleSoft, and other programs/applications/databases.
Serve as the University contact person for all articulation-related matters and will communicate with administrators, faculty, and counselors from CSUSB, transfer institutions, and the CSU Chancellor's Office. The incumbent will also advise the appropriate administrators, department chairs, faculty, and staff on articulation information/issues, initiatives, directives, and legislation impacting articulation agreements and transfer programs (such as the ADT program).
Analyze new/revised TMC (Transfer Model Curriculum) patterns and work with faculty and the Deputy Provost to determine similarity to CSUSB majors.
Provide lead work direction to staff in the Articulations Unit within the Office of the Registrar
May also create or review transfer memorandums of understanding (MOUs) established with private, out-of-state, and international institutions.
May set priorities for other support staff, plan and coordinate daily work activities, and provide leadership and/or training to the Office of the Registrar team, as well as other faculty and staff on campus.
Will perform other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred in a closely related field.
Minimum five (5) to six (6) years of experience in an institute for higher education, working directly with coursework, student degree audits, and transfer issues.
Minimum three (3) to four (4) years of direct experience related to course articulation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving abilities is essential.
Experience in developing and monitoring workflows, policies, and procedures is essential.
Ability to review documents for accuracy, completeness, validity, and adherence to regulations.
Must have excellent organization and strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Must be able to work in a diverse team environment
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and uAchieve is desired.
