The Associate Director of Financial Aid Counselors will manage a staff of 18 and provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to the counseling staff for whom they supervise. The position manages the workflow, strategic timeline, customer service, and compliance of the counseling area. This person works collaboratively and strategically with the Director and other members of the leadership team. (S)he also is responsible for coordinating office presentations and performing the Title IV Satisfactory Academic Progress review that occurs every semester.
