Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive Greek Life program through general advisement for various governing councils and chapters. Creation and implementation of Fraternity and Sorority policies and programming efforts. Active participation in the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs and Division of Enrollment and the Student Experience events. Maintain a continual awareness of sorority/fraternity concerns through ongoing student contact. Encourage mutual respect, communication, and cooperation between students, staff, families, and faculty, (inter)national bodies, and alumni; assist in the development of community standards; and foster an environment conducive to personal growth and academic success.
