Job Description:

The Assistant Director will serve in the development of ongoing business intelligence analysis, dashboards, predictive models and visualizations in support of the University's fundraising efforts. He/she will be responsible for the development of data analytic tools as well as prospect summary reporting and analysis to both senior leadership and school/unit officers.

The incumbent will oversee data retrieval, and manipulation for the Prospect Research and Data Analytics department.

The Assistant Director will lead the division of Advancement and External Affairs' efforts in prospect pipeline analysis, including targeted industry, geography and funding interests. He/she will serve as a critical liaison to development staff across the university ensuring resources are leveraged to strategically inform fundraising decisions.

Finally, the Assistant Director will be the principal authority regarding data analysis and visualization within the division; this includes an expert understanding and ability with forecasting, predictive analysis and data visualization tools.
