The Sous Chef will provide supervisory assistance to the senior management of Food Services in the day to day operation of five Dining Centers. Responsibilities are developing recipes, establishing menus, working with Purchasing Agents and staff training. Assist with maintaining procedures, overseeing food production and appealing presentation to students.
Assist to ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met. Assist in monitoring the commercial cooking equipment is in good condition and report any malfunctions before it affects the food product or staff.
