The Assistant Registrar reports to the College of Law Registrar and is an essential part of the College's student enrollment and services team.
The Assistant Registrar is responsible for taking an active or lead role in the management and oversight of OnBase scanning software and electronic archival of historical and present student records. The Assistant Registrar collaborates extensively with the Registrar , Assistant Dean of Student Resources and Internal Research to produce course schedules, and is a partner in all registration and exam processes as well as the daily operation of the Office of Student Systems and Administration.
The Assistant Registrar assists with the management of all accommodated final exams and will become a knowledge leader within the COL regarding accommodated exams.
