A part-time instructor is needed to teach SPM 224 Introduction to Sport Event Management (3 credits) during the Fall 2018 semester. Course description: Students will gain knowledge of the principles and procedures for planning, managing, and implementing a variety of sporting events through an examination of: promotions, marketing, ticketing, hiring, event logistics, risk management, volunteer management, budgeting, and contracts.
